Filling this form I the Participant agree that my personal data needed for administration for Anatomy Trains courses organised by Viola Szentei-Varga p.e. and and its patners /Anatomy Trains (UK & Europe) Ltd. or art of motion training in movement gmbh/ will be recorded, handled and stored according to the GDPR law in Hungary. The organisers handle my data with care and do not pass it on for others.
I agree that my registration will be finalised only after paying the deposit.
Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation within 6 weeks, we can refund the advance if the student or the organizers find a new candidate in the vacancy until the start of the course, otherwise the advance can be used in a later course. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks, the amount paid is due to the Organizer to ensure the smooth running of the event. With regard to the covid situation we only accept cancellation because of health issues if the Participant present a valid medical certificate. Due to the covid situation, we reserve the right to change the date of the course. In this case, the amount paid will be valid for the transferred course. If the course cannot be arranged, the amount paid will be refunded. 
The price of the course follows the fluctuation of the exchange rate, so we reserve the right to change the price.
